Mechanicsburg Family Photographer… Brother and Sister…

These adorable kids belong to a friend of mine who happens to be my high school french teacher… We didn’t get together to do Christmas Card pictures so this year she sent out valentine cards!! I just love off season cards!

Real Life… Mechanicsburg Family Phtographer

Sometimes I joke with clients that nobody’s children are as hard to photograph as my own… they do a nice job when I am taking the picture, that is only after years of training… but if you add me to the picture, forget about it!! I thought I would share some recent pictures taken with me trying to look cute with my girls… feel free to laugh and enjoy my pain… I always say that I just need one good picture… for most these would be out-takes but really this is what its really like with my 2 girls…

Nana & pop pop…

One of my closest friends, her inlaws called and booked a session for all of the grandkids together. The grandparents bought all coordinating outfits and set up the time and i had the job of getting cool shots of 5 kids together… but it totally worked and i just love how they turned out, i will start with my favorite image, this was my friend Becky’s idea… so fun!

First Portraits…

This was a first for this cute lil family. This was their first portrait session. Their son had some health issues when he was born and one of the big “no-no’s” from his doctor was to never take him to a portrait studio since they are filled with germs… The wonderful part of hiring me is that we can meet in the open fresh air where kids are themselves, and we can shoot at your home… He is doing amazing now, and runs faster than me!!
