Lets hold hands…

Yesterday we went with Jen and her kids to Paulus’s….
Alyssa kept trying to get Finn (who is only 7 days older than her) to hold her hand…

But he wouldnt… so she hugged him…

But then again who wouldnt love this lil cutie!

I met up with the sweetest family. They saw another family’s pictures that i had done earlier this year and they wanted to get together to have pictures done with their extended family… It was a super gross rainy day but it stopped raining for the 50 minutes that we took pictures, then started to rain as i took the last pictures!

I wonder who their favorite football team is?

Fall

Its fall already, i cant even believe it. Paulus’s opened their fall fort the other day and the girls and i have been there 3 times already. The last time i went on a super warm afternoon, and all 3 of us went thru the corn maze… next time i want to bring my camera on a cloudy day!

Wedding…

So i finally edited a few pics from this weekends wedding with Jen B.

The Bride…

Groomsmen…. they were so much fun! If the sister of the groom gets married, i so want to be one of her photographers…

This is the Groom waiting to come in to the wedding, we weren’t allowed to use a flash so this is all natural light… I love the way the light is spilling out the door…

Jen took me on my 1st golf cart ride… which was a bit wild when she didnt know which one was the brake…

School…

Gabby had her first day of school on Monday, she was a real rebel and actually missed the real first week of school since we are on vacation, but i figured this is the last year we will actually be able to do it…She didn’t want to go, she just wanted to stay home with Alyssa and I, but after the first day, she was happy to go back, her teachers seem great, and she seems to be learning alot. I talked to the teacher the other morning since i was worried that she would attach herself again to a teacher, like she did last year and they seemed to be on the same page as me about helping them to socialize. They even did a science experiment that made a big mess which gabby was excited about on Thursday! She wanted to try it at home… UMMM… NO!

Here are a few pics before the first day, with her bucket (they don’t take backpacks)…

On a side note, i know a lot of you who read this are mommas… so i tried a new Kraft recipe that seemed to be a hit, Chicken & Biscuits, the kids liked it as much as they really like anything, and it was pretty plain, so maybe even Jen will like it… I didn’t add sour cream to the biscuit top since Matt is a boring eater… i mean doesn’t like sour cream and I also didn’t add the cheese in it for the same reason…

Hope & Katie

When my Gabby was 9 mos old, i took her to YMCA for swim classes, and i came away from it with some awesome friends, Lori, Laura & Becky and I have been hanging out since then, and they are such good friends. All of them help me in different ways. Lori, I actually knew from high-school, she was one of my cross country coaches, She is an runner, and if i wasn’t such a slacker, i would ask her to train me

Anyways after months of begging her to let me take pics of her girls, we finally got together…

I love her face she is making!

Sisters…

The other day i got together with a lil girl who was in Gabby’s preschool class. I had told the mom a few months ago that i was into photography and if she ever wanted to get together let me know… So the littlest just turned 2 so she thought it was a good time! The oldest loved me and smiled all the time, her sister i had to work on, but finally in the end with lots of tickles… i got a cute one! The both have the cutest curls…!

Last thursday…

I took some maternity pictures for one of Ashlee’s friends Nicole, they are expecting a girl in the next 3 weeks… Rylie…

When we talked on her phone, she knew she definitely wanted this shot… When i was shooting these, she realized I spelled the name wrong… ha! so we had to redo them!

Then we had to have some fun…

Love this one, she jumped really high!

Her husband couldn’t make it that night, so we may get together again, if she doesn’t have her early!

Beach

So while we were at the beach we celebrated our 5 year wedding Anniversary on Sept 6 and then it was Matt’s 27th birthday on the 10th… I love him so much! God truly blessed me when he brought us together, he is the only person in the world, i don’t get tired of being around. He makes me laugh, smile… I love you!!!
